Nintendo prevails again in Wii Remote patent lawsuit

Nintendo has won yet another patent battle over its Wii Remote technology, the company has announced. Earlier this month, a federal appeals court upheld the ruling that a patent asserted against Nintendo by Triton Tech of Texas is invalid. The suit was originally filed by TToT in 2010, and later dismissed by Judge Richard A.
