Outspoken attorney Jack Thompson was claiming victory yesterday in one of the latest court cases in his ongoing feud with publisher Take-Two, after the lawyer won what he described as a 'historic' case in Florida, which will see the court provided with a copy of new game 'Bully' by the end of today. Thompson was enraged that Bully, which he describes as a 'Columbine Simulator', was only rated a T for 'Teen' by the ESRB ratings board.

The ruling in this case will now see the court judge assess the content of Bully in person, with attorney Thompson present, in order to "ascertain whether the game should be sold to minors," read a statement released by Thompson late yesterday. Many of and Rockstar's previous titles - such as the controversial - were rated M for 'Mature', and parents groups have vocally attacked the playground-pranking theme of Bully, despite those having seen the game describing it as a generally mild and light-hearted title.

Bully is due out next week, and it is believed that Thompson's case is an attempt to get the game banned or at the very least re-rated by the ESRB. More as we get it on this.
