UK site GamesIndustry.biz are this week reporting on SCI-Eidos' obvious displeasure at a brand new game being crafted by a Singaporean developer, alerting us to the existence of mobile game 'Lava Kroft'. The title is created by Singapore's Ozura Mobile, and sounds uncannily close to heroine Lara Croft, the pretty young lady that stars in those sometimes-enjoyable games.

"We have contacted our department and brand team who are currently investigating the matter," an Eidos spokesperson commented. Young Lava is apparently "a new age woman who has an exceptional thirst for discovering some of the most intriguing and mystical treasures in the world." The title is billed as an 'action adventure' for mobile handsets.

"The game consists of appealing storyline and distinctive gaming atmosphere," according to Ozura marketing boss HE Mah. Eidos, we presume, are currently deciding what action, if any, to take... we'll keep you posted on this.
