Square Enix have this week revealed their plans for one the several VII spin-off titles, announcing that mobile phone network Amp'd will carry Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episodes for three months this summer. The exclusive deal could be something of a coup for Amp'd, though it is unclear at this point whether gamers from other parts of the world will be able to get their paws on the title.

Fingers-crossed that the accountants at are plotting a similar deal with a European carrier, to enable gamers across the continent to get their hands on the game at the very least. A mode is promised for Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode, and the singleplayer mode picks up three years post Final Fantasy VII, blending third-person adventuring with elements. An intriguing prospect indeed. More as we get it on this.
