Far Cry 2 creative director leaves second high profile role in 4 years

Clint Hocking, the man behind games like Far Cry 2 and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory has left his job at Valve.

Hocking announced his departure from Valve on his personal blog and LinkedIn profile. Both note that he left Valve at the end of 2013.

Since his departure from Ubisoft after the release of Far Cry 2 Hocking has spent 2 years as creative director at the now defunct LucasArts before joining Valve in 2012. Clint Hocking leaves Valve

According to leaked information from Valve's internet database Hocking was working on the as-yet-unannounced Left 4 Dead 3.
