Capcom pulling Marvel vs Capcom games from PSN and XBLA

No reason has been given although it's probably a licensing thing

Capcom is pulling their Marvel vs Capcom games from sale on Xbox Live and PSN over the next ten days.

Both Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Marvel vs Capcom 2 are to be removed from sale digitally on Xbox 360 PS3 and PS Vita.

As far as European gamers go both the games and the DLC will be pulled from PSN on December the 19th and Xbox Live Marketplace on December the 26th. Capcom pulling Marvel vs Capcom games from PSN and XBLA

Capcom hasn't given a reason for pulling the games but things like this usually happen because of some kind of licensing issue with Disney who now owns Marvel.
