Another new offing in underlines Tecmo's commitment to eradicating all trace of Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball nudity, despite the fact that the game was sold on the basis that the young ladies involved left very little to the imagination anyway. Having already won cases against those distributing patches which made the girls lose the swimsuits, are now taking on PC-Giga, a Japanese magazine which published images from a patched version of the game.

Given the strictness of Japanese copyright law (which has in the past concluded that companies own screenshots from their games) we're thinking PC-Giga could be fighting a losing battle, however it certainly seems strange that Tecmo appear to be fighting a moral cause over a game which uses sexual marketability so blatantly.
