OnLive was on the verge of disaster
According to the man in charge of OnLive's ABC insolvency process has given an indication of the extent of the company's trouble.
Just before their abrupt closure and resurrection OnLive had wracked up between 30 and 40 million USD as revealed by Insolvency Services Group CEO Joel Weinberg.
Weinberg went on to say that the company would have faced a catastrophic and abrupt shutdown had they not sought to bring about deal.
He explained, "It was a company that was in dire straits. It only had days to live in terms of cash flow and the like. Something had to be done immediately or there would have been a hard shutdown, which would have been a disaster."
