Capcom expects a bright future for Remember Me
Capcom is hoping that their new IP in development at French studio Dontnod, Remember Me, has a long and bright future ahead of it.
They are so positive about the new series that they have promised to invest in it in order to make sure that it is a success and they will be able to carry on the series beyond the release of the first game next year.
US and European marketing boss for Capcom, Mark Pattinson said, "When Dontnod showed us their content it really jumped out. And we couldn't not work with them. It is to a view that this will be a long-term partnership with them. This is Capcom's IP. We do intend to work on it for a long time to come. It is something that we see as having a long-term future, and we are investing in accordingly."
Remember Me is destined for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in May of 2013.
