Alan Wake PC special editions hit retail today

Remedy and Nordic Games offering a great deal for PC gamers

Two separate editions of the PC version of Alan Wake will go on sale today at retail, both offering much more than the usual PC release would.

The 'Standard' Edition features the full game, both premium DLC packs, The Signal and The Writer, six postcard featuring artwork from the game and the official soundtrack on a second disc.

The Collector's Edition includes the same content as the Standard Edition plus additional commentary from Remedy and a 144-page book by fictitious author Clay Steward which compiles extra evidence and material on the incidents in the game and the history of Bright Falls.

Also included in the Collector's Edition are two more discs containing making-of documantaries on the game, the history of Remedy and the accompanying music video for War by Poets Of The Fall as well as trailers and concept art.

The Standard Edition will retail for 29.99 GBP and the Collector's Edition will go for just 34.99 GBP.
