South Korea's leader developer and distributor of games (and therefore by default the world leader), has launched two of its most popular titles in America today, hoping to tap into the burgeoning online sector through their Texas-based division. Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle has gone commercial, and promises to better the chart-topping original that this title forms a prequel to.

"Lineage II puts players right into the thick of combat," enthused North American producer Aaron Rigby. "With the modified Unreal engine, you'll see, hear and feel the full emotion of the conflict, from battle cries to the sound of clashing swords, to fire breathing dragons, to arrows whistling through the air - it's an experience that's unmatched in the world of MMORPGs."

Ambitiously, NCSoft also debuted another MMORPG today in the shape of as well. "Not only does it give the MMORPG community an exciting and fun alternative to sword and sorcery games, it has mass appeal because virtually everyone at one point or another has wanted to be a super-powered hero," Studios CEO Michael Lewis enthused on his studio's creation.

Two new MMORPGs in one day? Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is impressive.
