Release date announced for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

Konami has confirmed the release date for their Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on PS3 and Xbox 360.

The new remastered collection will features five games in total including bringing Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker to a Microsoft console for the first time.

Joining Peace Walker, Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty are the original titles that started the whole story over 20 years ago, Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.

The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will hit stores on February the 3rd 2012.
