Battlefield 3 beta scores over 8 million players
DICE's new shooter proving to be a success even before its release
DICE has revealed some of the statistics from their amazingly successful beta test for Battlefield 3.
As many as 8,152,310 FPS fans played the Battlefield 3 beta over the course of the test scoring 1.5 billion kills.
There were 47 billion bullets fired and 19 million knife kills with the longest sniper kill registered at 635.6m. Medics regenerated a total of 2.2 billion hit points.
After all the hype and sniping at the Call of Duty series, Battlefield 3 will be hit stores in North America on October 25th and Europe on October 28th on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
