Ace Combat: Assault Horizon clocks up some impressive download figures

Namco Bandai's reworking of their big-selling air combat franchise, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon has quietly rung up some healthy download figures for its demo.

Up until now the demo has been downloaded 1.2 million times across PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace showing that the game is looking pretty popular ahead of its release.
The whole series has shifted a decent 10 million copies since it first appeared on the PS2 and the latest title Assault Horizon aims to bring the action to more gamers than ever before.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is out in PAL territories on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October the 14th.
