No Prestige Edition for Modern Warfare 3

Hardened Edition will cost 80 GBP though

This year Activision will be ditching the high end Prestige Editions for Modern Warfare 3 after two years.

Modern Warfare 2 appeared with two different flavours of Prestige Edition with either a set of night vision goggles or a 12-inch Soap MacTavish resin figurine for 119.99 GBP.

The Black Ops Prestige Edition featured a remote control vehicle equipped with a spy camera at 129.99 GBP.

Instead the Hardened Edition of Modern Warfare 3 will feature a special multiplayer outfit, limited edition field journal, extra bits and bobs and a year's premium subscription to Call of Duty Elite worth 35 GBP.
