Bremen-based indie DnS Development has today announced the release of their new downloadable zombie for PC, Dead Horde, via Steam.

In Dead Horde you are a survivor of the mutant virus and with a comrade or on your own you must travel through city levels, uncovering new challenges and overcome the mutants to destroy them. You'll have a large variety of weapons to work with and teamwork is key to survive.

Dead Horde is a co-op, top down, shooter which can be played solo or co-operatively either locally or online. The game's huge arsenal includes, assault rifles, shotguns, grenades, mini-guns and many more unlockable throughout the game. Weapons are fully upgradeable and can be done so by spending the money you earn throughout the game.

It also promises fast-paced with almost-endless hordes of mutants which evolve and become bigger, faster and stronger throughout the game. Vehicles are available as well to aid you in your slaughter of the shambling undead in both single and co-op campaign modes.
