Burnout careening onto downloads with Burnout Crash
Burnout downloadable game coming in the autumn
Criterion has announced the next installment in the Burnout series, a downloadable title called Burnout Crash.Burnout Crash is a top-down action-driving game which builds on the Crash mode from the game's bigger retail-release brethren with the added bonus of full Autolog functionality.
Creative director, Richard Franke said: "Burnout Crash is a crazy mix of pinball and game shows. We've evolved the core gameplay which everyone loved about Crash Mode, and expanded the whole experience using music, style and Autolog to create what we feel is the most mindless fun you can have on any gaming platform."
Burnout fans will be able to take out their traffic-related frustrations when Burnout Crash launches in the autumn on PSN and XBLA.
