MediaMolecule to take a break from LittleBigPlanet

LBP creators to wave goodbye to Sackboy for now

After making such a big splash with the LittleBigPlanet series MediaMolecule has decided to step away from the Sackboy for a while.

MediaMolecule's Siobhan Reddy has said at this year's GameLab in Barcelona that they have decided to take some time away from the LittleBigPlanet series to work on some new concepts.

Reddy told the crowd: Were stepping away from Little Big Planet to focus on some new ideas.

This would seem to be confirmed with Double 11 and Tarsier working on the PS Vita version entry in the series and Sony Cambridge having put together the PSP version.
