Elite creator talks on bringing the magic of Disney to Kinect
In a curious addition to the lineup for this year's Develop conference David Braben, the head of Frontier Studios and co-creator of Elite has been named as keynote speaker.
This year he will be talking about Disneyland of all things in a speech entitled "Making Disneyland".
He will explain to Develop delegates next month what Frontier has learned from creating their latest Kinect title Kinect Disneyland Adventures which was announced by Microsoft at this year's E3.
Braben said: "You don't get a better opportunity than this to work with a wide range of rich characters and stories that are genuinely loved by huge numbers of people the world over. It has been a great experience which I'm looking forward to discussing in Brighton in July."
This years Develop Conference will run from the 19th to the 21st of July at Brighton's Hilton Metropole and will also feature sessions with MediaMolecules James Fairbairn, Blitz Games' John Nash and Splash Damage's Edward Stern.
