Blackwater is the first Kinect FPS title

Time for PMCs to be the game good guys for a change

505 Games and the studio behind Blacklight: Tango Down, Zombie Studios have announced what would appear to be the first ever Kinect controlled FPS.

Named after the private military company, Blackwater follows the fictional story of a team of Blackwater operatives sent in to a North African town to protect it from two militias battling over the region.

Working closely with Blackwater, Zombie Studios have been aiming for complete authenticity with the Kinect control scheme, accurately recreating real combat gestures and moves.

Blackwater is due out this autumn.
