Jack Tretton on PSN outage: Sorry and thank you

Tretton gets the elephant in the room out of the way

Jack Tretton chose to open this year's E3 press conference for Sony by addressing the PSN security problems.

He began with a bit of humour by addressing the gaming press and saying "You're welcome."

He went on to thank and indeed praise their third-party development and publishing partners for their patience and continued support throughout the PSN outage.

Finally he offered his sincere apologies to all the PSN users throughout the world who suffered both worries over the security of their personal data and loss of online services.
