Dirt 3 DLC releases begin with Colin McRae Vision Charity Pack
All profits go to McRae's Vision Charity
Codemasters has announced the launch of the first pack of DLC for their hit racer Dirt 3.
The Colin McRae Vision Charity Pack will add the classic 1970s Ford Escort Mk II rally car, that McRae made his name in along with five different liveries for the car.
The pack is out now on both the Xbox Live and Games For Windows Live Marketplaces for 160 MS points. The pack will become available on the PS3 once the issues surrounding PSN have been resolved and it will be priced at 1.19 GBP or 1.99 USD.
In honour of the late Colin McRae, Codemasters has made the first pack of DLC a charitable release with all of the profits from the sale of the pack going to the Colin McRae Vision Charity which donates to a range of charities around the world that were close to the rally legend's heart.
Codies have also released the last development diary for Dirt 3 with key development staff and technical consultants Ken Block, Kris Meeke and WRC driver Mikko Hirovonen reflecting on their memories of Colin McRae. It is available to view on the game's official YouTube channel.
