IO Interactive, having promised an E3 reveal for the Next Hitman game, seem to be indicating that Sunday will be the day to watch for fans of Agent 47.

If a secret portion of the Danish developer's website is to be understood correctly, Agent 47's return will finally see the light of day this Sunday, the 5th of June in the E3 build-up.

Hitman Absolution is in using Glacier 2, the latest generation of IO's own proprietary game engine and is destined for release some time in 2012.

This time around Agent 47 will be caught at the centre of the darkest of conspiracies. Betrayed by his those he trusts most he must fight tooth and nail to get to the truth and save himself.
