No more isolated single player games from Valve?
Valve has courted controversy in the gaming world reportedly saying that Portal 2 was "probably" their last isolated single player game.
In a Portal 2 themed installment on a series of articles based on iOS platforms made by GameTrailers' Geoff Keighley, he reported that Portal 2 would, in all probability, the last traditional single player game that Valve would make.
The article, entitled The Final Hours of Portal 2, takes a behind the scenes look at the game's development and states clearly that Valve believe that this is their last game that will be single player in the current sense of the term.
In comments on his blog he does Keighley does stress that Valve says "probably" and that they may very well change their minds, especially with the weight of expectations surrounding their next stab at the Half-Life series in whatever form that may take.
