Mega Man Universe is canned by Capcom

"Various reasons" cited

Capcom has announced that they have decided to cease development on Mega Man Universe.

The game was to be a downloadable 2.5D platformer based on Mega Man 2 with heavy emphasis on user generated content.

The plan was that user-generated levels would be able to be shared online a la LittleBigPlanet.

All Capcom would say is that the game had been cancelled due to "various circumstances".
