EA has revealed that American McGee's follow up to his 2000 release based on Lewis Carroll's novels, Alice, will arrive at the beginning of this summer.

The sequel, entitled Alice: Madness Returns, sees Alice locked up in a mental institution ten years after the first game trying to deal with the loss of her in a house fire.

The deeply sinister interpretation of Lewis Carroll's tales will feature "a deep and rich combat system that will test the powers of Alice's imagination" according to McGee.

Alice: Madness Returns will arrive on June the 14th for PS3, and PC.
