Namco to bring From Software's Dark Souls to Europe and North America

Armoured Core 7 also part of the deal

The next RPG title from Demon's Souls developer From Software will arrive worldwide courtesy of a publishing deal with Namco Bandai.

From Software will retain publishing rights in Japan but Namco will be bringing Dark Souls to Europe and North America following the success of their partnership in bringing their cult classic hit Demon's Souls to the West.

Dark Souls is a tense dungeon crawler which promises to encourage exploration and foster a new level of adaptive gameplay. It is due out some time in 2011.

The deal also encompasses From's giant robot combat franchise Armoured Core the next installment of which is due out in 2012.
