State sponsored Russian news network Russia Today has linked Call of Duty: 2 and its "No Russian" level to the recent suicide bombing at Moscow's Domdedovo airport.

An anchorwoman on Russia Today cited in a report about the bombing and the report also featured an interview with Fox terrorism analyst Walid Phares that indicated that the game and games like it could even be used to train terrorists.

The anchorwoman said: "The bloody scenes of the Moscow attack are reminiscent of what can be seen in a computer game that controversially involves a character who is urged to attack civilians in an imaginary airport."

Phares said later in the report: "I think those who have been radicalized already let's suppose in this case jihadists, Al Qaeda or [some] other kind they look at the games and say these games will serve them to train."
