Metal Gear Solid trilogy getting an HD makeover?
HD Snake could be coming later this year
It has been suggested that one of the other well-known PS2 games series to receive an HD facelift is the Metal Gear Solid series.
The UK's Official PlayStation Magazine has said that the Metal Gear Solid trilogy has been placed in the "queue" for an HD remake.
The magazine hinted that the first three titles, Metal Gear Solid, MGS 2: Sons of Liberty and MGS 3 Snake Eater could be making their way to the PS3 later this year getting similar treatment to the Team ICO collection.
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater will also be getting the 3D treatment this year as it has been confirmed as one of the 3DS titles that will be out before June.
