Jack Thompson gives up on games and turns to God
The bully turns over a new leaf
The former anti-gaming crusader and now disbarred lawyer Jack Thompson has finally seen the light and changed his target from video games to the Holy Scripture.
According to the Miami New Times, Thompson has decided to forgo raising any more controversy, instead opting to enroll in the Reformed Theological Seminary.
Though he was never shy about the religious motivations behind his gaming witch hunt, this was certainly an unexpected turn given that he was publicly disgraced and stripped of his law license a mere two years ago.
While choosing to take a humorous approach to his career options, post legal expulsion, he was quoted as saying, "I could write a book on how to get disbarred, but it probably wouldn't sell as well."
We wish him the best of luck in his new career path, and hope he chooses to steer clear of the controversial targets in he has pursued in the past.
