Chair's video game project loosely based on Orson Scott Card's 1985 novel Ender's Game has reportedly been cancelled by Games.

The Shadow Complex developer had revealed the project way back in 2008 and Chair boss Donald Mustard said that they had an amazing design for the game.

Mustard said: "One of Epic's primary objectives is to create original and unique franchises. I don't know that Ender's Game fits into that strategic objective anymore."

On the future of the title Mustard added: "If anyone decides they want to make it. I have some ideas I'd love to talk to them about."
