Student team formed to revive Zool
Gremlin platformer making an educational return
A team of student games developers is being formed at Sheffield Hallam University to revive the classic Zool franchise.
The group will explore different directions to take on the Zool series with the founder of Gremlin Graphics, the studio that created Zool, Ian Stewart choosing the best direction from the group's work.
The winning concept will be turned into a PSP Mini title and published on PSN.
The group will also be mentored by Sumo's Sean Millard and the creator of the Broken Sword series Charles Cecil.
