Deus Ex has a good ten years in it says Square Enix
Wada confident about the future for Deus Ex
Square Enix president Yoichi Wada has expressed his confidence in the work that Eidos Montreal is doing on the latest Deux Ex title Human Revolution.
Wada explained that he believed that the Deus Ex franchise was something that they saw as being profitable for at least the next ten years.
He said: "We have dozens of IPs, some of which we wish to build into franchises. Deus Ex 3 is something we're trying to revive. We want to keep on producing profit from that IP for the next ten years."
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is in development for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC and is due out at the beginning of 2011.
