Crytek sends out invites for XBL-exclusive Crysis 2 beta
Community to get first dibs on beta access
Early news has emerged of the existence of a closed beta test for the often delayed Crysis 2.
Crytek has been distributing email invitations to a select group of their "valued community" to take part in an upcoming Xbox Live-exclusive beta test happening very soon.
No more details have been announced and Crytek have said nothing outside of these preliminary invitation emails about this round of beta testing.
The emails read: "As part of our continuing Crysis 2 development we will be performing a multiplayer test starting very soon. For this test we will be inviting various community members to take part and help us push the game to its limits so we can make any adjustments necessary and ensure that we deliver the gameplay experience we know everyone wants to see."
Crysis 2's current released date is scheduled for March the 22nd in the US and March the 25th to Europe.
