With Castlevania: Lords of Shadow only just out of the gates it appears that Mercury are moving right on with a sequel.

According to a translation by Eurogamer the composer of the game's soundtrack Oscar Arajulo confirmed that the Spanish developer is working on a sequel already.

Arajulo said bluntly: "If you liked the first [game], hope that the second is even more spectacular."

Konami responded to the quotes with a firm "no comment."
