Blizzard finally dates World of Warcraft: Cataclysm
Disaster expansion arriving in time for Christmas
Blizzard has finally announced the release date for the new Cataclysm expansion for World of Warcraft.
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm will inflict an apocalyptic disaster on Azeroth on DVD-ROM for PC and Mac on December the 7th.
Blizzard's Mike Morhaime said: "Cataclysm includes the best content we've ever created for World of Warcraft. Its not just an expansion but a re-creation of much of the original Azeroth, complete with epic new high-level adventures for current players and a redesigned leveling experience for those just starting out. With the help of our beta testers we're putting on the final polish, and we look forward to welcoming gamers around the world to enjoy it in just a couple of months."
A special edition of Cataclysm will also be available with a raft of special in game items as well as unique memorabilia for the WOW fanatics out there.
