Codemasters: We already have plenty of ideas for F1 2011

Next game already started

F1 2010 has not even left the retail starting grid in Europe and Codemasters are working on the 2011 edition.

The game's lead designer Stephen Hood has revealed to Eurogamer that they have already started work on F1 2011.

Hood said: "Paul and I have already started on '11 now. There are some exciting things that we want to play around with."

He added on the lack of DLC: "Yeah, it just would have taken too much development time... the dev cycle for a yearly iteration is so short when you factor in the sign-offs and all that stuff, anyway, that we just want to get our teeth stuck into it."

F1 2010 will get the green light on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this Friday, September the 24th.
