Ninja Gaiden 3 announced at the TGS

Sequel to ramp up the gore

Tecmo Koei has revealed that they have Ninja Gaiden 3 in development at Team Ninja.

This will be the first game in the series not to be helmed by the series creator iconic games developer Tomonobu Itagaki.

From the early publicity artwork the game looks to be darker and even more gory than Ninja Gaiden 2.

Tecmo Koei have not announced any dates or platforms as yet but given that the previous title arrived on PS3 and Xbox 360 we can probably expect Ninja Gaiden 3 to do the same.
