New Earth Defense Force game on the way?

Teaser site materialises

D3 Publisher appears to have a sequel to the cult Xbox 360 hit Earth Defence Force 2017.

The publisher has launched a teaser site for what seems to be a sequel entitled Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon.

According to Siliconera the site was officially registered last month so it is real enough.

Earth Defense Force 2017 arrived on the 360 way back in 2007 so we are more than due for a sequel.
