StarCraft II storms UK sales chart
Blizzard does it again
Unsurprisingly, the real-time strategy sequel has rocketed to the top of the UK sales charts, easily surpassing other high profile titles such as Red Dead Redemption, LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4, and Crackdown 2.
GFK Chart-Track gives StarCraft II special commendation for being the first and so far only PC-exclusive game to take the top spot on the weekly sales charts.
Previous weeks saw Toy Story 3 and Red Dead Redemption at number one, but both games are now at second and third, respectively. Amazingly, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 popped back on the chart at number 8.
It's worth noting that StarCraft II was the only new release to break the top 10 this week.
