Take 2 harbour Outlaw and plan for PSP
Golf 2 later this year, PSP support revealed
It was revealed late yesterday that Take 2 have picked-up the Outlaw series of sports titles, and plan to publish the latest, Outlaw Golf 2 in the Autumn of this year. The title will be published under the Global Star brand, and is once again being developed by Hypnotix. Take 2 were able to get their hands on this series after Simon and Schuster Interactive withdrew from the industry.
In other Take 2 related news, CEO Jeffrey Lapin has confirmed that the publisher has multiple games in development which will debut on Sony's PSP at, or shortly following launch. The titles are of course yet to be announced, and we'll probably have to wait until E3 for that, however the boss could confirm that software would be priced at $40 - full-price basically.
