According to CEO Yoichi Wada, there's little to distinguish the approach taken by and its motion-sensing peripheral compared to Nintendo's Wii.

Speaking with VentureBeat, Wada confesses interest in Kinect, but said that he doesn't believe there to be much distinction between it and Wii.

"I think that what they have focused on for Kinect is very interesting and I hope they will attract an even wider audience. I would say it is no different from just the Wii."

Square Enix has yet to announce games supporting Kinect.
