SEGA has put all of the Western fans of Platinum Games' latest title, Vanquish, out of their misery by finally announcing release dates for North America and Europe.

The jet-boot-propelled will release in the on October 19th with the release following on October the 22nd.Pre-orders will also receive a handful of weapon downloads in return for securing their copies on release day.

These weapons are the Boost Machine Gun, an experimental weapon with a massive rate of fire, the armour-shattering Anti-Armour Pistol and the Laser Cannon.
