Rockstar announces more Red Dead DLC
The Red Dead herd keeps on rollin'
Rockstar Games has announced four new packs of downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption.
Beginning this August Red Dead Redemption will first see the Legends and Kilers pack. This will add nine new multiplayer map locations, eight new playable characters including some from Red Dead Revolver and the requisite trophies and achievements. The Legends and Killers pack also introduces the tomahawk as a single player and multiplayer weapon with a selection of challenges for the iconic Native-American weapon.
The other three packs are entitled Liars and Cheats, Free Roam Pack and the Undead Nightmare. Liars and Cheats adds more multiplayer modes including horse races and Attack and Defend mode, multiplayer poker and Liar's Dice and a new explosive rifle. The heroes and villains of the single player mode are also added as playable multiplayer characters.
Free Roam pack adds new free-roam challenges, new action areas and defensive positions and new griefing measures for Free-Roam mode.
Undead Nightmare adds a new single player storyline as well as multiplayer zombie characters, new animals and dynamic events.
All the packs except the Free Roam Pack have been priced at 9.99 USD of 800 MS points. Other than the Legends and Killers pack no other release dates have been confirmed.
