Tomonobu Itagaki's first title with his new studio will be out in 2012 according to the latest investor conference call.

Valhalla Games' debut title is slated to arrive sometime between March 2011 and April 2012 which is the 2012 fiscal year.

THQ has taken the publishing rights and given Itagaki's new outfit plenty of time to complete his first independent masterpiece.

Devil's Third slots in at the end of a big two year period for THQ that will see the release of 2, Red Faction: Armageddon, WH40K Space Marine and Dark Millennium Online as well as Saint's Row 3 and new IP Homefront.
