Itagaki to unveil new game at E3
Tomonobu Itagaki has announced on Valhalla Studio's blog that their new game will be unveiled at E3.
The Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive creator happily announced that this will be his fifth brand new IP promising that it will present a "new gaming paradigm".
Itagaki wrote: "Our motivation was always to come up with a project from scratch, to gather together and work together as comrades, and to create something that all of you gamers can enjoy. It was for this simple goal that we decided to go independent."
"In the past," he continued. "I created four unique games - Dead or Alive, Ninja Gaiden, DOA Xtreme and NG Dragon Sword. Thus, this announcement will be the fifth all-new project in my lifetime. I don't know if that number is large or small but I know as a fact that every one of these announcements was a presentation of a new gaming paradigm from me to all of you. This time, it is no different. Details will be coming soon, so please look forward to hearing from me.
He added: "My heart pounds with anticipation every time I make these announcements."
Our hearts are set racing as well and our eyes will be peeled at E3 to see if we can spy what Valhalla have in store for us with their first project.
