British Telecom has signed a deal with for exclusive rights to bundle in with their broadband packages.

The deal sees BT take a 2.6 percent stake in OnLive.

Despite the deal with BT, OnLive will be available through all broadband providers.

BT chief Gavin Patterson said: "Entertainment is going to be at the heart of what we offer customers in the future. It's great for our customers - they'll have access to a huge catalogue of games, available instantly on their TV or without expensive hardware."

In the meantime OnLive is beingh readied to launch in the this summer.
