Metacritic has published the results for last years best publishers of 2009 based on their aggregated scores on the site.

The publisher's list was compiled by comparing the companies on the number of titles each put out that scored over 80 percent on the site in 2009.

Impressively, topped the charts with a whopping 20 titles scoring over 80 percent on Metacritic.

Nintendo came second with 18 and were third with 16. were languishing in joint 7th with with only 4 titles scoring over 80 percent on Metacritic.
