Sonic still Heroic at one
Latest UK charts
The latest ELSPA and Chart-Track official UK sales charts for last week were released today, and it'll make for pleasurable reading at Sega who witness Sonic Heroes' second week at number one on all-formats. It's EA that'll be grinning like the proverbial Cheshire cat however, as Need for Speed Underground remains firm at number two seemingly months after launch.
The Simpsons: Hit and Run, FIFA 2004, Return of the King, MoH: Rising Sun and The Sims: Bustin' Out are all in danger of becoming permanent fixtures in the top ten, despite launches before Christmas. Meanwhile, Take 2 will be disappointed that Mafia on the PS2 has dropped to seventh, and this decline is closely followed by Dark Alliance 2 from Acclaim at six.
SSX 3 creeps back into our subconscious's at twentieth, whilst the GTA: Double Pack and CM 03 / 04 are non-movers. Tiger Woods and the new Looney Tunes title are notable climbers, with an unsurprising appearance for Norton's Internet Security 2004 at third.
