A startling leaked memo lays out criticism from president about Nintendo's ability to cope with the increased workload incurred as a result of the explosive success of and DS.

Siliconera has interpreted a shocking analysis by GamesIndustry.jp that details Iwata's crushing words about the company's problems. More than 700 items of importance were enumerated by the executive in his memo.

Among the listed include poor communication between branches of the company and a lack of adequate staff. Corporate restructuring has supposedly remedied communication problems, while outsourcing of select games has been addressed staffing concerns.

With the company gearing up for a new handheld--Nintendo 3DS--will these problems resurface?
